For paid subscriptions, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with our service within this period, you may request a full refund.

Our team will review your request within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds may not be available in the following cases: (a) After the 30-day money-back guarantee period has expired (b) If you have violated our Terms of Service (c) For any additional services or customizations beyond the standard subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation: (a) You will have access to the service until the end of your current billing period (b) No further charges will be made to your account (c) No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in the billing cycle
If you delete any information from your Kontakkt account, it will become immediately inaccessible by you and cannot be viewed by anyone through the Site.
Similarly, if you close your Kontakkt account, all of your information will become immediately inaccessible by you and cannot be viewed by anyone through the Site. Your earlier actions including blog posts, comments, reviews, and other site activity may remain on the Site and be visible to the Kontakkt community, but they will not be associated with your account.
After data deletion or account termination, our backup systems at Kontakkt may still contain the data for a limited time. However we do not guarantee the possibility of reconstructing it in an identifiable format.
If you have already shared certain information through Kontakkt with any childcare provider, individual, application, or any other third parties, and that person or entity has already saved it, the information will persist in their records. Kontakkt does not have access or control over information you shared with third parties. If you believe that you have shared incorrect information with other individuals or entities, you will need to contact them directly to rectify their record of your information.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
This Refund Statement is effective May 5, 2024 and valid until May 4, 2034.
